Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least a College Undergraduate with 3 months Customer Service Experience
(or) College Graduate (customer service/facing related courses only) - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work on Site
