• 1. Prepares a monthly delivery plan, based on job order production commitments and construction plans. Maintains the delivery plan daily, assisting and coordinating new bookings for replacements requests, emergency deliveries, on-site repairs, demobilizations, etc.

    2. Manages the daily scheduling and dispatch of finished goods - from consolidating and negotiating trip schedules with internal clients, to booking trips with in-house trucks or outsourced trucks, to dispatch and monitoring of deliveries.

    3. Coordinates with the supply chain associate/specialist regarding the availability of stocks for urgent replacements or to follow up delivery commitments based on production plans.

    4. Manages the attendance and timeliness of all drivers and helpers;

    5. Monitors actual deliveries: time of departure, arrival, and return back to depot. Ensures all location maps, receiving hours and loading requirements (i.e. manual loading will require extra manpower) are properly coordinated between the client and production.

    6. Conducts spot checks on deliveries – ensuring volume to be delivered is complete, matches all documentation and passed through the proper QC checking procedures.

    7. Coordinates all necessary documents from other departments, prior to delivery: maintenance checklists, mobilization/demobilization form, delivery receipts, invoices (if applicable)

    8. Prepares all necessary documents needed prior to delivery: trip budgets, gasoline request approvals, Departure & Arrival Time Card, GPS Tracker.

    9. Ensures timely liquidation of all trip advances and gasoline requests.

    10. Checks all trip tickets and prepares all liquidation reports for all deliveries, including GPS routes, fuel consumption, RFID load consumption, maintenance checklist compliance, among others

    11. In case of in-house truck downtime or in view of load efficiency using outsourced trucks (especially for construction), takes charge of preparation and monitoring of all RCF / WOT for Maintenance Department

    12. Conducts Maintenance canvassing - assist in field canvassing, pick-up of spare parts, coordination with purchasing, among others.

    13. Monitors the performance of drivers, ensuring that their deliveries and errands are properly accomplished.

    14. Acts as the encoder for all maintenance reports such as but not limited to: trip validation and/or budget reports, preventive maintenance monitoring report, maintenance tickets and job orders status report, among others;

    15. Conducts first trip validation (truck escort) and/or assists in site assessments for route and budget planning of new projects, as needed;

    16. Reports to MANCOMM all activities of logistics and maintenance for the week;

    17. Maintains all truck records and facilitates renewals of annual registrations / insurance premiums;

    18. Performs other tasks as necessary (i.e. encoding tasks, etc.)
