  • The Sales Logistics Manager handles a team primarily responsible in ensuring timely provision of sales

    force’s logistics requirements, monitoring, maintenance and replenishment of branch furniture, fixtures and equipment, licensing of BSEs, and liaising with different departments for smooth delivery of all

    requirements and support.

    Ensure each individual reporting to him/her delivers to committed targets and service levels and develops strategies to support these

    Determine specific needs and requirements and identify solutions applicable to the situation at hand of sales force by meeting regularly with the sales management team

    Set up and manage a communication system to address requests, inquiries and complaints of sales force based on agreed service levels

    Develop, implement and maintain distribution system and arrangement to guarantee on-time replenishment, transfer and safety delivery of supplies and/or branch furniture, fixtures and equipment

    Negotiate with suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability subject to company expense and sourcing policies

    Oversee purchasing transactions to make certain its accordance to budget and company rules and regulations Create and monitor accurate inventory system of supplies and sales tools fixed assets to avoid losses

    Ensure seamless processing and handling of agents license applications from BPI-Philam to Agency Services Center of Philam Life as well updating BSE records Drive logistics productivity, innovation and other continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standard and efficient service and to minimize operation expenses

    Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, request logs, and other records Liaise with different departments for smooth delivery of all requirements and support

    Graduate of four year course, preferably in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/ Administration/Management

    At least 5 years of work experience in a managerial function Knowledge in

    Inventory Planning, Procurement, Sales and Customer Service Excellent analytical, problem solving,

    communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
