Job Description

- Handle orders processing, invoicing & logistic arrangement to fulfill customer orders

- Perform purchase processing including ordering and receiving

- Coordinate inward shipments and outbound transportation schedules

- Coordinate and follow up with manufacturers on goods return/repairs/replacements/claims

- Constantly review logistics operating flow, procedures and recommend effective improvement initiatives for performance enhancement

- Generate monthly/weekly sales & inventory reporting

- Verification of the freight inwards/outwards invoices

- Manage inventory management including cycle count, annual stock take and discrepancy verification

- Monitoring the relevant processes and make suggestions to improve when needed

- Manage warehouse operations & logistics Issues to ensure timely and adequate product supply

- Provide support to Sales/CS/logistic personnel at other Philippines branches/locations

- Ad hoc projects

Requirements

(2) Age: 25 - 35

- Able to work under pressure, independently and responsible

- Strong planning, organized and negotiation skills

- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player

- Willing to learn/do and proactive

- Degree holder preferably in Logistic and Supply Chain Management

- 5 years logistics warehouse experience. Supervisor experience is an advantage.

- Solid SAP and Excel knowledge

- Fluent written and spoken of English and Tagalong.

- Healthcare background preferred

- With warehouse inventory experienced in and out, importation etc.

- Coordinate to other department
