Successful Candidates Responsible for:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Minimum Requirements:

18 years of age and above
A Filipino citizen or relevant holder status
HS Graduates (old curriculum) or SHS Graduates (new curriculum) with at least 6 months of customer-facing experience
College graduates or without experience
Above-average communication skills

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Customer service
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
