Salary Package: 18000 a month

Job Description:
* Answering incoming calls from customers
* Resolving customer inquiries/requests
* Developing and maintaining accurate files
* Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
* Work On-site


 Requirements:
*18 y/o above
* At least HS Grad (Old curriculum) / SHS Grad | with atleast 1 month BPO Experience
* Good-Excellent communication skills
* Good computer navigational skill on multiple system
* Typing skill is 25-30 WPM

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
