Customer Service Rep. (Healthcare Associates)

Basic Salary: PHP14000/month

20% Night Diff

Day 1HMO

+ 1k allowance +4k premium allowance and HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization

Location: Iloilo

Minimum Qualifications:

•Completed in 2years in college (with at least 72units + 1Year BPO Experience

•Graduates of 4-year course with at least 6 months of BPO Experience

Mas a good customer service orientation

Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

•Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Customer service, Communication and persuasion
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
