A Teleperformance Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to customers through inbound calls, chats or emails. The key responsibilities include:

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing customers with information about products and services offered by the company.
- Navigating and utilizing multiple computer systems and databases to resolve customer issues.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions in a database.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product offerings.
- Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues effectively.

Requirements for this role typically include:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume customer interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused approach and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
- Prior customer service experience, particularly in a call center or retail environment, is a plus.

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
