The Senior Training Manager is in charge of managing the content and courses. development, methods for delivering training, and resource management for content distribution to guarantee that training is efficient and effective, and continuing performance management.

Must be willing to relocate from Manila to Davao or hire someone in Davao (no relocation
package) Has an experince managing / leadng Training Managers and Trainers COPC / Lean Six Sigma certified is bonus

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
