RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor maintenance of production machines/facilities and the technical crew assigned.
2. Arranges maintenance schedule of production machines/facilities by organizing proper purchasing of parts and/or its accesories.
3. Searchers for the appropriate resources in the upkeep of the company's equipment, ensuring its continuous operation.
4. Generates Equipment Daily Inspection plans and its reinforcement.
5. Generates Equipment Periodic Inspection plans and its reinforcement.
6. Received and checks purchased company equipment and supplied parts for the manufacturing equipment/facilities
7. Update mechanical and electrical as-built when necessary.
8. Update KPI and Section Policy providing action plans for the non--achievement and recurring issues.
9. Generates plan dealing with accidents and implement corresponding countermeasures.
10. Coordinates and provide assistance to contractors /fabricators/services providers for any construction works/installation/equipment modification/testing/inspection
11. Ensures adherence and implementation of company policies and other related administrative functions.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
