Responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining facilities and equipment, identifying the need for repairs, and servicing company equipment. He should be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents.

Qualifications:

Knowledgeable/responsible for maintenance and repairs (e.g basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical etc.)

knowledge in AC repair and cleaning is a plus
