Job Summary:



- Conducting document work such as a contract, inquiry, report and permit

- Managing spare parts and local purchasing

- Coordinating maintenance schedule

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Filling service report which reported from engineers, sorting out working hour and reporting it to the Accounting department

- Coordinating a new/renew contract with a client under the instruction of Manager

- Coordinating a performance bond

- Issuing parts inquiry/order to the factory/supply center under the instruction of Manager

- Preparing a quotation for parts order, repair work and any service

- Collecting service fee cooperating with the Accounting department.

- Coordinating the maintenance schedule under the instruction of Manger, including taking permit from a client.

- Preparing official service report for a client under the instruction of Manger

- Issuing technical report to Headquarter



Job Requirements:

- Graduate of Bachelor of Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical )

- Basic knowledge MS Excel Skills and knowledge in other MS Application such as MS Word and Power Point

- Basic verbal and written communication abilities across level of an organization

- Accurate and precise attention to details

- Able to make decision in fast-paced environment

- Good health and Stress resistant

- Ability to work concurrently while prioritizing

- License degree (Mechanical / Electrical )

- Able to negotiate, establish and process contracts

BETTER

experience with Elevator or Escalator company
