Job description
1.0 Basic Purpose

1.1 To monitor maintenance of plant equipment and facilities

1.2 To ensure maintenance related issues are analyzed and corrections and corrective actions are implemented.

1.3 To monitor usage of tools and spare parts

2.0 Duties and Responsibilities

Regular Duties

2.1 Implements the corrective and preventive maintenance program; prioritizes and schedules various maintenance jobs.

2.2 Conducts periodic inspections and service on all equipment and facilities.

2.3 Monitors calibration activities of applicable plant equipment.

2.4 Supervises activities in the repair, installation and maintenance of all equipment, instruments; and utilities; supervises work of third-party contractors for repair.

2.5 Provides technical advice for quality acceptance of spare parts and tools.

2.6 Updates and checks records of tool and spare part requisitions and issuances.

2.7 Ensures company policies and procedures are strictly implemented.

Occasional Duties

2.8 Prepares preventive maintenance and general cleaning schedule for various equipment and in various areas of the plant.

2.9 Performs the duties and responsibilities of section head in his absence

2.10 Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Vocational
• 1 year of experience
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
