2. With 6 months to 1 year working experience as Management Trainee or other same related field.
3. Strong interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills
4. Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa City, Laguna

Job Description
1.Performance appraisal of team members (3rd and 5th of the month)
2. Daily inventory monitoring (closing shift)
3. Shift briefing/recaps
4. Station meeting
5. Shift readiness checklist monitoring
6. Handling complaints and guest recovery
7. Safety and security of all personnel, customers and company properties
8. Daily updating of SPL
9. Daily updating of local purchases logbook
10. Handling disciplinary action of team members

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
