Job description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Team Lead/Oversee store operations.

2. Prepare food based on standard recipe and procedures.

3. Assist team members on store operations.

4. To execute the standard operating procedures required to effectively manage the store.

5. To implement and ensure food safety standards are being practiced at all times.

6. To implement best practices in ensuring good customer service.

7. To effectively handle and resolve customer queries or concerns as needed in a timely manner.

8. To implement and ensure cleanliness standards of the store.

9. To properly manage and monitor stocks and other store supplies.

10.To perform other assigned tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/ Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel management or its' equivalent.

-Experience in food preparation or customer service is preferred.

-Willing to be trained and to continue learning about food preparation.

-Exceptional listening and communication skills.

-Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

-With good leadership skills.

-Willingness to as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience in using POS machine and cash handling is an advantage.
