    Job Description:

    A.General Purpose

    To oversee the entire Iloilo operations pertaining to sales,

    market development, technical support, administrative functions

    and warehouse management, ensuring that agreed sales targets are

    consistently met that will generate revenue to the organization.

    To ensure that sales revenue generation are collected on a timely basis,

    without overdue or outstanding obligations from customers.

    B.Essential Duties

    Sales Operation

    1.Ensure that sales target set by the Management is achieved in Iloilo operation.

    2.Mentor and reinforce the skills and abilities of Sales Engineers on different sales strategies and ways on handling customer concerns.

    3.Effective management, supervision, guidance, and development of all members of the department.

    4.Does monthly sales forecasting.

    5.Ensure that dealer development targets are met by coordinating well and increasing project-based inquiries from Iloilo and nearby province contractors, architects and consultants.

    6.Manage the collection of account receivables from Iloilo dealers / clients. Work closely with Sales Engineers to close sales negotiation and follow-up payment and ensure that there will be no overdue accounts.

    7.Does ocular visit to dealers, local contractors and consultants.

    8.Study competitors’ product, activities and pricing derived from various consultants, architects, and provide feedback / update to Division Manager.

    9.Coordinate with Department Managers in Sales and After Sales Service regarding market opportunities on other Daikin products and preventive maintenance queries.



    Warehouse Management

    1.Oversee Iloilo warehouse ensuring that all Iloilo transactions are efficiently handled and inventory of stocks are regularly monitored.

    Administrative Function

    1.Ensure that all Iloilo employees observe the Company policies and procedures.

    2.Conduct job interview of Iloilo job applicants to fill out vacant positions stated in manpower requisitions.

    3.Coordinate with Division Managers regarding Company events, program proposals and budgets as directed by Management.

    C.Required Competencies

    Knowledge- Basic Airconditioning; Daikin & McQuay Products; Sales Forecasting; Marketing

    Concepts; Sales Planning;

    Skills- Written and spoken communication; Leadership; Supervisory skill; Coaching and Mentoring

    Abilities- Ability to manage a sales team; Ability to motivate and lead others;

    Ability to delegate responsibility to others;

    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    - Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

    - Knowledgeable in HVAC

    - Preferably with 5-10 years of sales experience in manufacturing or service oriented industry

    - With leadership / supervisory skills

    - Residence of Cebu / speaks the local dialect (advantage)

    Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00am - 05:00pm

    Basic Salary: PHP 16,000 – 25,000
