Job Summary

ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION

A bank-like platform for foreigners living or working abroad. Process remittance/payments to their origin country.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide customer support through calls, chat, and email

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Required Experience

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in German and English is a must.

• Computer literacy, knowledge of word processing, typing

• Previous Customer Service experience is a plus

• Willing to work on shifting schedule

• College Degree Holder/College Undergraduate/Associate Degree are all welcome to apply

SALARY: Php. 150,000

LOCATION: Makati (WFH as of the moment)
