  • Chief Operating Officer

    Job Description:

    • Directly report to CEO for B2C Gaming and achieve agreed-upon targets

    • Extensive hands-on experience in the whole value chain of Customer Service, Risk and

    Compliances, Payment, Administration, Project Management for SE Asia.

    • Create and be accountable for his own P&L (value chain stated above)

    • Planned and execute successfully (KPI to be mutually agreed with CEO) the acquisition,

    retention, engagement of players, increase GGR in select markets

    • Develop and implement policies, procedure, workflow, SOP efficiencies from extensive

    hands on experience

    • Managed and direct Marketing and Product teams to enhance our brands, selected GGR

    generating products and spend marketing budget on right partners and media

    • Develop deep understanding of the industry in order to know which country, product,

    players we need to target to achieve KPIs

    • Ensure fairness and accountability of HR performance review system and compensation

    system. Work with HR and CEO to develop measureable KPIs that HR can use to track

    • Admistration of licensing application and its maintenance. Liaising with all Regulatory

    bodies on compliance matters.

    • In charge of legal & compliance affair regionally

    Qualification and experience:

    • 7+years’ experience in the online gaming industry, of which 3 years or more in

    managerial role

    • 5+ years of front facing B2C experience ( from Affialite/user acquisition first touch point

    until players leave our ecosystem)

    • Strong experience in B2C branding and operation in South East Asia Market ( Especially in

    Thailand, Vietnam )

    • Excellent knowledge of brand management.

    • Excellent knowledge of gaming product includes: lottery, sports, live casino, etc. paired to

    right markets

    • Strong communication skill

    • Excellent network and connections of affiliates for South East Asia market

    • Excellent knowledge in global gaming compliances.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

    • Applicants must be willing to work in Manila, Philippines

    Salary: Open/negotiable depending on the candidate's qualifications
