  • Duties and responsibilities:

     Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates

     Develop Monthly Sales Report with backend experience

     Input customer and account data in CRM software

     Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses;

    forwarding for reimbursement

     Communicate important feedback from customers internally

     Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

     Stay up-to-date with new products and features

     Market research

    Qualifications:

     BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field

     Required language(s): English and Mandarin both written and oral

     Must be detail oriented

     Experience with MS Office and data programs

     Understanding of sales performance metrics

     Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

     Ability to work under strict deadlines
