  • Job responsibilities:

    -Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance and service request over the phone, email or chat.

    -Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues using the ability and knowledge in computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

    -Create tickets on behalf of users or process incidents and service requests initiated by users using either the IT Service Management Portal (Numara FootPrints), telephone, email or chat.

    -Document, analyze, categorize, assign or escalate tickets to proper support and set the priority based on impact and urgency.

    -Manage the mailboxes and queues of all regions - APAC, EMEA, and AMER.

    -Perform system administration related to the creation, unlock, reset, configuration, access modification, activation and deprovision/deactivation of accounts in Active Directory, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), Exchange Server, Lync Server, and other GREIF systems.

    -Assist in the installation and configuration of email and other GREIF applications to user’s computers and mobile phones.

    -Monitor network circuit or network device outages using the tool (Solarwinds) and provide appropriate troubleshooting or escalation action as required.

    -Participate in beta testing, recommendation, and deployment of new tools, systems or software upgrades supported by IT.

    Job qualification:

    -Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year course of any course

    -Experience in a BPO industry is an advantage

    -With experience in handling Inbound and/or Outbound Calls

    -With Excellent English and Mandarin Communication Skills, both oral and written

    -Willing to be in a shifting schedule

    -Must be computer literate - proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook

    -Can work under minimum supervision and willing to extend working time to finish the assigned task.
