Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree, Professional License (Board Passer), Engineering or equivalent.
- With at least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, decision making skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects through prioritization and time management.
- Demonstrated PC based skills; work processing, spreadsheets , database and presentations.
- Must be an expert with Surface- Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process.
- Able to set-up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment.
- Has experience in scheduling on the production floor and managing resources. Has ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
- Must be willing to assign in FPIP Site.
