  • Job Description:

    1. Responsible in the supporting/creating implementation of sales strategies that drives and enhanced revenue generation for the business.

    2. Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

    3. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.

    4. Creating content for social media channels

    5. Responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media

    6. Keeping up-to-date of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns

    7. Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and clients

    8. Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material

    9. Data entry and analysis

    10. Helping conduct and collate findings from market research

    11. Writing targeted content for website and blogs

    12. Assisting in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and information

    13. Contributing to internal reports

    14. Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics

    15. Creating content for social media channels

    16. Responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media

    17. Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns

    18. Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and clients

    19. Initiates, support and implements sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPI’s for the business.

    20. Support and analyze sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to the department and management.

    21. Identifies areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits.

    22. Monitors and makes forecasts, identify new trends ahead of the curve, hence offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market. Keeps abreast of market trends and other industry practices on housing/subdivisions by networking with other members of SHDA.

    23. Tasks to manage relationships, builds strong relationships with customers and external partners, and regularly interacts with them by attending sales workshops, seminars and hosting events, hosting sales events for the business, playing an active role in industry organization and so forth.

    24. Support Marketing department’s mission in establishing and implementation of Sales strategies, after-sales service, and management of customers’ accounts to meet the company’s sales targets.

    25. Coordinates closely the functions of Sales, Marketing and Processing teams for a seamless delivery of service to customers/buyers.

    26. Directly coordinates with the Construction team to gather progress reports on individual housing units of buyers for Marketing purposes.

    27. Support and develop operating procedures and sales internal controls to ensure smooth sales operations

    28. Cross-group reporting, monitoring & feedback mechanism for market, program and product updates and data analysis.

    29. Coordinates closely with Sales team and Engineering team regarding ground-breaking schedules to be able to meet deadlines on delivery of units to buyers.

    Job Competency Specification:

    The candidate must be/have:

    1. A graduate of Marketing or Mass Communication.

    2. Preferably 1-2 years up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing & Sales - Corporate or equivalent

    3. Required Skill(s): Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Motivation, Sales Planning, Build Relationships, Coaching, Manage Processes; Excellent Customer Service, good in resolving conflicts

    4. Good Communication & interpersonal skills; Good listener and speaker

    5. Proficient in using MS Office Applications/ Knows how to use Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing Software

    6. High sense of integrity and professionalism

    7. Should have eyes and ears for market behavior and competitor’s movement

    8. Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed
