    Marketing assistants support the work of the executive directors and creative department on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.


    2.1 Marketing Assistant will be actively involved in, or will have complete ownership of outputs of the company’s marketing objectives.

    2.2 Able to track trends and monitor competition to know the position of the company in the marketing competition

    2.3 Acting as a key point of contact in absence of the Executive Director and Creative Manager

    2.4 Communicating with the team throughout the organization to ensure compliance and accurate reporting and meetings with Licensor Brand teams.

    2.5 Ad hoc projects related to creation of the best-in-class organization as well as new growth opportunities presented via our licensors.

    2.6 Working alongside with the Executive Director and Creative Manager throughout a project or any important matter.

    2.7 Responsible for creating disseminating images, messages and ideas that best communicate the products values.

    2.8 Coordinate efforts with those of the marketing partners of the company

    2.9 Help improves sales processes of the company

    2.10 Knowledgeable in managing marketing budgets, sales trend and costing

    2.11 Searching for updates/news/trends about our sport, music and Television show licenses (e.g., season finale of a television show, new record for a music artist etc.)

    2.12 Determines current sellable products and upcoming items with potential marketability.

    2.13 Confidently recommends or propose new product with complete specifications and sales trends.


    3.1 Candidate must be a 4 years graduate of BS Marketing Management or any equivalent course

    3.2 Prior similar experience in a similar role

    3.3 With high level of functioning capability

    3.4 Excellent time management, organizational skills and analytical skills

    3.5 With accuracy and attention to details.

    3.6 With an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment

    3.7 Pragmatic and able to prioritize.

    3.8 Ability to work autonomously, using her own initiative and being pro-active

    3.9 With good communication skills both oral and written

    3.10 Knowledgeable in creating and presenting reports

    3.11 Can work under pressure
