Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

• Working with the Digital Designer to create brochures, pitch documents and company templates. Corporate experience would be an advantage that demonstrates corporate design and design within style parameters.
• Providing design assistance across all divisions when required e.g., Presentations.
• Maintain information on all Prime Group websites.
• Ensure content hits the appropriate platforms.
• Working as part of a team to plan and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns as directed by the Marketing Committee. This will also include reporting back on a weekly basis as to the progress of each initiative.
• Coding and scheduling email campaigns
• Responsible for the printing quote process

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience working within a similar role
• High level of competence in Adobe Creative Suite 2023
• High level of competence in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Some knowledge of HTML preferred but not necessary.
• Solid understanding of traditional and digital media
• Previous experience with Marketo would be an advantage but not necessary.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, in collaboration with others and provide support to others
• Completion of work within the allocated timeframe

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
