About the Role
Provide marketing support for the organization by creating specific marketing deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, general marketing packages, resumes, project sheet descriptions, CRM entries and performing a variety of design and clerical functions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Create presentation slides by working with fellow stakeholders. Goal to create a “best of class” presentations
- Assist the Marketing Department in gathering and compiling project data and other information
- Prepare and update resumes for all WEO employees
- Create marketing brochures displaying WEO’s past projects
- Creating and updating project data sheets
- Data entry into WEO’s CRM system, Unanet
- Creating and posting various news items on WEO’s social media sites
- Update and maintain WEO’s website

Required Experience
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign creating and modifying layouts
- Working with bookmarks, movies and sounds clips, hyperlinks, cross-references, and page transitions
- Creating Interactive PDFs thorough InDesign
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for image manipulation and design

Minimum Qualifications
- Must speak, read and write fluent English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact productively with the team
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Work efficiently – allocate one’s own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Web and computer navigation
- Experience with graphics and presentation layout
- Has an eye for design and has creativity
- Proficient with the following software programs (Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook), BlueBeam/Adobe, Box)
- Ability to electronically organize and maintain files

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
