Job Qualifications:
Pleasing appearance
No visible scars or tattoos.
At least 5 Ft in height
Excellent oral communications and written skills
Fluent in English & Filipino
Outgoing & people oriented personality
Graduate of any 4 year course
Experience in sales supervisory role
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct hospital surveys necessary for the marketing and operational requirements of the MedExpress branch. (Ex: MD prescription survey, MD profiling survey & MD daily potential patients survey)
Monthly coverage of the identified top 30 practicing doctors in her assigned hospitals.
Promote the MedExpress services & programs to the target doctors to influence them to endorse MedExpress drugstore to their patients.
Secure regular feedback from MD, MD secretary assistants and patients regarding the services of MedExpress.
Liaise in behalf of MedExpress marketing initiatives with partner hospitals.
Implement effectively the marketing programs of the Principal in her assigned hospital.
Monitoring and supervision of hospital patient detailers in her assigned hospitals.
Coach and train hospital patient detailers in her assigned hospitals.
