  • Roles and Responsibilities

    The Marketing Manager's main responsibilities are to manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure results, manage and improve all social media channels with the digital marketing team, manage all marketing campaigns and activities within and outside the company, and take the overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity of the company.

    The tasks of the Marketing Manager is to develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to the website, perform experiments with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels (content creation, content curation, Facebook & Instagram advertising, campaign sequencing & product promotion online, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis), plan & create the advertising needed on the homepage of the company site for the different seasons, produce valuable and engaging content for the EDUHUB section of the website and social media that attracts and converts the target groups.

    The Marketing Manager is expected to build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors; create and publish all marketing materials, create a wide range of different marketing materials, ensure promotional campaigns are created and produced prior to the season to implement campaigns in a timely fashion, maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives, research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics (market share, pricing, and advertising), maintain research databases, and perform marketing briefs & objectives for clients who are selected by the company.

    The Marketing Manager is also responsible for preparing online and print marketing campaigns, monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing communications, and overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

    Required Experience

    - Minimum of 3 years' Digital Marketing experience

    Minimum Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing
