  • Job Description:

    Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

    Marketing research and analysis, Marketing strategy, Implementation planning.

    Develop, implement, communicate and track International marketing strategies and programs in conjunction with agency resources and in-house creative services.

    Strategic creation and development of marketing programs.

    Drive business results by developing and implementing the most effective marketing tools / resources to elevate the sales and marketing practice.

    Lead development of relevant content including; website contents and all marketing collaterals.

    Recommends and implements marketing campaign operations in conformance with top management;

    Conceptualizes, distributes and maintains marketing materials for new and existing International campaigns such as packaging for new and existing materials, brochures, datasheets, client testimonials/success stories, video ads, CD’s, sales kits, seminar/trade-show support materials, flyers, posters and catalogues for all client projects;

    Consults with the graphics artist on product specifications such as design, color and packaging;

    Identify and evaluate marketing trends, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics;

    Communicates and coordinates with Australian advertising agency, media buyer and Australian Regional and National TV networks to make sure that the proposed monthly campaigns are in place;

    Regularly coordinates with online team for thorough review of website contents, design &usability, online reviews and testimonials;

    Ensures that appropriate succession planning and management is in place to ensure continuity of domestic and international marketing operations;

    Ensures that appropriate marketing work related issues are escalated to Executive Team; provides and recommends marketing matters resolutions;

    Participates in weekly meetings;

    Provides job coaching and mentoring to team members to increase job performance results; conducts performance evaluations to team members;

    Supervises the Marketing Analyst and Junior Marketing Staff.

    Job Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

    At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

    Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

    Excellent communication skills

    Creative and innovative

    Budget-management skills and proficiency

    Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field

    Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

    Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

    Excellent proofreading and negotiation skills

    Must be very keen to details

    Must have at least 2-3 year(s) solid management experience in marketing/advertising.

    Can work under pressure and can multitask.

    Proficient in MS Applications and Photoshop
