  • Job Description:

    Analyzing market data.

    Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales/profit objectives.

    Measure the performance of marketing initiatives, regularly reporting progress to the Top Management, and making recommendations to attain company objectives.

    Develop and control the budget of all marketing functions

    Provide necessary ad hoc sales support in realizing market opportunities such as, but not limited to, sales promos, events, logistics, digital initiatives, customer relationship management, etc.

    To maintain an awareness of current market trends and remain constantly on the lookout for new product opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    Graduate of Business Management/Marketing or related course

    At least 10 years experience as a Marketing(Brand) Manager

    Ability to create new and flexible ideas

    Proven track record in launching and building a new FMCG brand in the Philippine market.

    A post-graduate course or diploma/MBA is an advantage.
