    Tasks

    Undertake Market Research on trends for eCommerce in relevant markets

    Undertake Competitor Research in relevant markets

    Determine Product needs and agree with R&D product development needs

    Determine GTM annual plan

    Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure an interlocked approach to market

    Develop GTM Campaigns to drive leads

    Identify and manage suitable outbound lead generation companies

    Develop and refine marketing brief’s for Outbound lead gen companies to execute against

    Source and refine Outbound Calling lists for use by the Sales team to perform outbound calls

    Organise “C Level” networking events for the Sales team to attend to build relationships

    Undertake Search Engine Optimisation audits on eWave Website to identify areas to improve website discoverability.

    Organise and place Search Engine Marketing campaigns to drive traffic to eWave website

    Manage the eWave website to present favourably what we do and our customer value proposition.

    Ensure our website captures leads and contacts for future marketing

    Organise events for Partners and Clients as requested by the Chief Client Officer

    Develop CX Strategy to achieve Organisations goals

    Implement and measure NPS

    Develop & Implement Voice of Customer style surveys to understand relationships

    Strategic alliance management of Partners

    Measure and Monitor eWave Partner KPI’s

    Submission to Partner Awards

    Ensure the Partner Portals have up to date information

    Coordinate the mapping of Partner resources to eWave resources

    Develop content strategy for Partners

    Organise networking events with each Partner to drive the relationship across the board

    Ensure Partner is providing regular leads to Sales

    Develop Content Management Plan to continuously create Marketable content

    Ensure all successful projects have Case Studies developed

    Continuously refresh of applicable content on website to make it a destination

    Develop Sales Assets (Whitepapers, Demo’s etc) to support the sales team

    Develop PR Plan to continuously leverage content into multiple domains

    Manage the PR Agency ensuring quality of work and value for money

    Regular posting to Social media

    Tactical social media marketing

    Experience

    Minimum of 3 years Marketing Leadership experience

    Minimum of 5 years Marketing Experience

    Demonstrated experience at developing and executing Marketing Plans

    Demonstrated experience in campaign design and management

    Demonstrated experience in digital marketing

    Qualifications

    Industry experience in eCommerce of min. 3 years

    Min. 5 years experience in Complex Solution Integrator ecosystems, eg ERP

    Marketing qualifications, or similar

    Master of Business Administration, or similar

    Experience within Big 4 or consulting services firm
