  • Role Purpose

    Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to help achieve sales targets of the Company.

    Key Accountabilities



    1. Marketing and Communications

    • Execute all marketing campaigns across multi-channel environment (e.g. Website. Email, Print-Ads, etc.).

    • Prepare, allocate and monitor marketing budget on monthly basis.

    • Prepare proposals and promotional materials including marketing collaterals and print copies.

    • Coordinate with staff and third-party agencies to carry out marketing activities/projects.

    • Oversee corporate communication activities, both external and internal.

    • Coordinate with Display and Operations team to properly implement marketing campaigns.

    2. Market Research and Monitoring

    • Conduct market and customer research to determine market requirements for existing/future products, current market conditions and competitor information.

    • Analyze the competitive landscape, test new approaches and adopt best-practice strategies.

    3. Project Management

    • Manage creative production of online and offline marketing strategies from the initial concept to execution.

    • Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures.

    • Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to the Marketing team and BU Head.
