  • Job Descriptions:

    Hiring and onboarding – He/she shall interview, hire, and train marketing staff members.

    KPI Setting – He/she shall establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.

    Marketing Support for Product – He/she shall oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.

    Marketing Research - Shall research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.

    Shall work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales team.

    Review and Approval of Marketing Requirements - Shall approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisement, and other marketing-related projects.

    Sourcing and Approval of Suppliers - Shall communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.

    Shall provide in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings.

    Budget Management - Shall work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.

    Insight Analytics - Shall track all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.

    Marketing Plan - Shall adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback on all social media platforms.



    Qualifications:

    Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing (Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications)

    Must have at least 5 years of work experience.

    Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a manager in the same field.

    Must have experience in implementing marketing campaigns online and offline including social media management, advertising, promotions, events, and activations.

    Must have people management skills.

    Must have an attention to detail.
