Job Description

Events:
· Responsible for all Marketing Events & Activities
· Spearheads Marketing events and activities from conceptualization to actual implementation
· Creates, monitors, and liquidates budget allocation per event
· Coordinates with all involved departments with regards to Marketing events and activities
· Conducts regular pre and post evaluation of all Marketing events & activities including ocular
inspections
· Coordinates and establishes strong business relationships with suppliers and contractors
· Reviews and evaluates contracts with suppliers including contractors and artists
Social Media & Content:
· Promoting products and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with the
company’s brand and social media strategy.
· Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries.
· Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.
· Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
· Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is
consistent.
· Writing, editing and proofreading content.
· Research and write engaging captions for a variety of game products.
· Increase web traffic across platforms by managing content distribution to online channels and
social media.
Marketing & Campaign
· Collaborate with operations, product, social media, and creative team members to plan
promotional marketing campaigns.
· Create ad campaigns and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
· Produce a brand style guide that best captures the company’s voice and mission
· Propose, set, allocate, and monitor the budget of each project
· Meet with team members to discuss project goals, budget, and timelines
· Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and
other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
· Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
· Research previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what
can be improved
· Review and monitor the progress and success of each campaign, adjust, or pitch ideas for new
campaigns as necessary

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's or College Degree in Marketing or equivalent
· Must have knowledge in NFT.
· Has strong background in Marketing both online and on-ground platforms.
· Required skills: results driven, leadership, highly creative, must be a strategic thinker.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
· Preferably 5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing or Business Development or
equivalent.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
