    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Be the the company’s brand evangelist, lead the development, provide influence and strive for continuous improvement of the company’s strategy aligned to our core positioning – both externally and internally

    • Be self aware, know your strengths and your weaknesses, your likes and dislikes, and engage and manage multi disciplinary external resources as required to build team expertise and deliver the required outputs of a marketing team. Demonstrate leadership of the team and project manage all activities to achieve high quality outcomes that align with our Brand Strategy, Brand Voice, strategic goals and target audiences

    • Develop and manage the short and long term marketing strategy that connects and aligns to the 3 year company vision, the associated delivery plan and the budget required. Track, measure and report on the performance of marketing spend quarterly against predefined KPIs, and proactively suggest ways to adjust spend

    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Build your personal brand as a representative of the company with activities such as presenting at industry forums and becoming a subject matter expert in Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud

    • Lead and work with others to create and continuously improve a collection of brand assets that reinforce our positioning and voice in a consistent and appropriate manner. This might include things like website, social media, case studies, sales collateral (brochures, proposal templates etc), communication templates, marketing activity (process) checklists (events, targeted campaigns) etc

    • Bring your creative mindset to the forefront, provide assertive thought leadership and perspective to support our internal teams; continuously evaluate & improve end-to-end customer, prospect and partner experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints and lead and work with others to drive and develop specifically targeted marketing campaigns, activities and content that amplify the agreed message

    • Contribute to a business plan that will enable an additional company service sector; providing marketing consulting services to enhance the end user experience of our customers new to Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud functionality

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree in Marketing or related

    • At least 3 to 4 years experience in a lead marketing role in a B2B organization (preferably SAAS - Software as as Service), leading the strategy and coordinating the development and implementation of marketing brand strategies, and end to end customer, prospect and partner journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints

    • Demonstrable experience leading a team of internal and external resources, ensuring optimal performance at all times

    • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar

    • Experience and knowledge of change management and ongoing brand guardianship

    • A keen eye for detail and design accompanied by great written and oral communication skills

    • Very outspoken as a Manager

    • Highly confident working alongside the management team

    • Someone who doesn't need much directing and can own the brand

    • Not frightened and shy to take on projects and express ideas

    • High level way of handling tasks

    • Excellent in strategising

    • Ideally with amazing project management skills, super efficient organisation and time management skills

    • Working knowledge and understanding of SEO/SEM, digital advertising and Google Analytics would be an advantage
