  • The Marketing Officer will assist theMarketing Manager and co-lead in managing, developing and

    implementing institutional programs or campaigns targeting the existing customer base in order to increase customer lifetime value, stickiness or share of wallet.

    • Support the development or improvement of customer campaigns or programs for resell, cross-sell,

    upsell, and recapture of existing customers via appropriate sales distribution channel (In-branch,

    Citi-BPLAC, DMTM, CorpSol, Institutional Distribution).

    • Coordinate and Collaborate with CRM in identifying and creating opportunities to tap existing

    customer base.

    • Collaborate and partner with Customer Loyalty Management team in generating resell leads from

    the customer nurture programs (e.g. Welcome or Anniversary Programs).

    • Support end-to-end activities that will mobilize cross matrix team of BPI PDG, CRM, BPI & BPLAC

    Segments, Sales, Products, Operations and Philam Maturities or Claims, Treasury, Call Center in

    recapture of customer with policy maturities and beneficiaries with claims.

    • Liaise with various BPLAC units such as Segment, Product Management and Sales in cascading,

    implementing and monitoring the desired repurchase experiences and activities.

    • Assist and support in the ensuring that campaign plans, mechanics and metrics are compliant to

    campaign quality and upholds AIA provisions such as adherence to data privacy and database

    handling, Legal and Compliance, BPLAC Operational standards, Segment advisories, and BPLAC

    Finance approval where campaign funding will be sourced must be properly coordinated with

    Finance and Sales Support / Incentives Head.

    • Ensure timely generation and release of campaign reports (updates and post campaign report) to

    Sales, BPLAC Management and Stakeholders.

    • Liaise with Process and Systems Support in documenting campaign processes and Service

    Delivery Management in establishing campaign agreements with PAL Process Owners or Touch

    Point Leads / Owners. Liaise with AIA BUs on customer programs and campaigns best practice, as

    necessary

    • Graduate of any 4 or 5-year College Course, preferably in Marketing or Communications.

    • At least 2 or 3 years of work experience in Campaign Management or Marketing. Or has

    knowledge / exposure in the insurance business for at least 1 or 2 years.

    • Must have strong planning, and organizational skills yet flexible and collaborative to successfully

    manage a matrix and multi-task.

    • Must have excellent judgment, results oriented, self-motivated to thrive under pressure and

    committed to continuous self-development.

    • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively interact with BPLAC or

    PAL Management and Bank partners, matrix of control and reporting team.

    • Must be adept with technology, digital communication platforms, cloud and CRM systems for

    campaign management, and MS Office applications such as Excel and Power point for business

    documents and reporting materials.
