  • FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives and operational execution.

    - Maintains and strengthens key customer relationships and develops and implement strategies for persuasively promoting service lines.

    - Directs and organizes the sales team to maintain and grow the current client base as well as prospect and secure new accounts.

    - Design, execute and evaluate short and long term sales goals and marketing strategies.

    - Actively evaluates the overall sales processes and strategies and ensures continued performance and success is achieved.

    - Perform market analysis on a regular basis and reviews results with the executive team, making any recommendations for adjustments in all corporate sales strategies.

    - Evaluates specific territories and identifies target markets for optimal sales opportunities

    - Client Management

    - Ensures the organization is maintaining and improving customer satisfaction to the highest levels and is proactive in problem solving.

    - Ensures clients are full informed of all updates in regards to policy changes and services.

    - Evaluates the results of overall sales efforts regularly and reports these results to the President & CEO, Chairman of the Board.

    - Organizes sales and marketing meetings as needed and attend all scheduled meetings as mandated by the top management.

    - People management and development.

    - Mentor and develop the team. Manage work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance appraisal, and the building of an effective team.

    - Regularly provide guidance and feedback on the performance of the team.

    - Lead employees to encourage maximum performance.

    - Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating employees.

    - Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, or any 4 year course

    - With at least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing or Client Coordinator

    - Keen to details

    - Strong planning coordination and time management skills

    - Excellent oral and written communication skills

    - Proficient with MS Office

    - Willing to work in Quezon City

    - Can start immediately
