  • 1. Job Description

    • In-store: Develop and execute marketing programs, including advertising and public relations to achieve objectives regarding revenues, profitability and market share

    • Online: Develop and grow online business through various marketing initiatives such as digital marketing, advertising, online channel development, etc.

    2. Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plans, develops and executes marketing campaigns and events (in-store and out-store)

    • Creates data-driven reports regularly to help improve marketing plans and execute initiatives that drive sales growth

    • Coordinating marketing initiatives with other departments - Operations, Visual Merchandising, etc.

    • Manages the company's social media accounts and online presence

    • Establishes and maintains consistent corporate image

    • Increase brand awareness, market share and online following by developing a distinct and strong brand image

    • Create materials and ensure the brand image is consistent and the high standards are maintained throughout all marketing communications, programs and initiatives

    • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends

    • Collaborate and develop strategic partnership with the sales team, mall admin, suppliers, and other partners in creating promotions that help push sales and enhance the customer shopping experience

    • Find reputable suppliers and negotiate to attain the best value for marketing collaterals

    • Plans and implements an integrated customer relationship and communication strategy

    • Attends new business pitches and relevant events as and when appropriate

    • Established budget for promotional activity, travel, advertising media, etc.

    • Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status report on marketing programs

    • Recommends ideas for business development

    • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

    3. Requirements

    • Bachelor's/ College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Administration Management, Mass Communications or equivalent practical experience

    • At least three (3) years of working experience in retail marketing, business development or the equivalent with proven results

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Pivot and Powerpoint

    • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google analytics, Facebook business is a plus

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills, partner relationship management and solution development skills

    • Detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

    • Proactive and flexible

    • Strong work ethic and good attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, exciting work environment

    • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City and do store or location visits and events when needed
