  • Roles and Responsibilities

    The main responsibility of Marketing Support is to provide marketing support for the organisation by creating specific marketing deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, general marketing packages, resumes, project sheet descriptions, social media postings, and Cosential entries; performing a variety of design and clerical functions.

    The Marketing Support professional is expected to create presentation slides by working with fellow stakeholders with a goal to create “best of class” presentations, assist the Marketing Department in gathering and compiling project data and other information, prepare and update resumes for all client’s employees, create marketing packages displaying the client's past projects, create and update project data sheets, handle data entry of client's CRM system, create and post various news items on client's social media sites, create the client's internal employee newsletter, and update and maintain client's website

    The Marketing Support is also expected to do graphic design tasks such as creating and modifying layouts working with bookmarks, movies and sounds clips, hyperlinks, cross-references, and page transitions; creating interactive PDFs and image manipulation & design.

    A Successful Candidate must have:

    Strong organisational skills

    Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English

    Ability to prioritise and work efficiently

    Computer and web literacy

    Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices
