  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • SHS graduate or college graduate of any course are welcome to apply
    • Required skill(s): Knowledge in web navigation, computer literate, excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be willing to work immediately
    • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls
    • Informs clients by answering client’s inquiries, explains procedures, providing information
    • Research required information using available sources
    • Ensuring that the customer's requests are handled properly
