Job Description

Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.

Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.

Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.

Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.

Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.

Writing technical documentation for machine operators.

Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.

Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.

Requirements

• Licensed/Registered Mechanical Engineer

• At least two (2) years extensive working experience in production of manufacturing set-up

• Knowledgeable and experienced in operating big machines and able to facilitate conduct of preventive

maintenance and/or trouble shooting

• Familiar and updated with all government regulatory agencies requirements regarding the operation of

manufacturing facility especially on the aspect of health and safety standards in the workplace

• With Managerial experience in handling maintenance personnel

• Able to come up with own in-house costing of all the repairs and maintenance work

• Service oriented and proactive leader

• Practices appropriate problem-solving skills

• Train, Coach, Mentoring and ability to transfer knowledge

• Knowledgeable in Planning, Leading, Organizing and Control

Salary Range: Negotiable

Work Location: Carmona Cavite

Work Schedule: Compressed work schedule
