  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

    Required language(s): English, Filipino

    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

    Full-Time position(s) available.


    MEMBERSHIP SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE position under Sales and Marketing.

    Here are the details:

    Salary = 25k + Service Charge (Average of PHP 8k/month)

    Schedule = 10.5 hrs a day, 5 days a week

    Deployment = ASAP



    · At least two years’ experience in the hospitality industry

    · High degree of self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised using own initiative

    · Excellent presentation skills

    · Results-driven and guest service-oriented

    · Able to accurately forecast revenue, control cost, and aggressively drive business

    · Cross-training/exposure in other areas of F&B is a plus

    · Reliability and creativity

    · Must be an intuitive communicator

    · Proficiency in spoken and written English


    · Responsible for the development of membership, including participation in events and continuing arts, business and education programs as opportunities to build relationships and promoting the brand image of the club at every opportunity.

    · The Membership Sales Account Manager shares full responsibility with the Membership Sales Manager and the Director of Sales and Marketing in membership retention and recruitment.

    Primary Duties:

    · Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is executed in a timely manner.

    · Develop and implement membership plans for retention of current members and growth of new members, according to action plan activities and Board goals.

    · Coordinate, manage, track, and evaluate all membership and renewal activities, including new member, and potential member mailings.
