Review drawings, specifications for constructability and cost estimates for the mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.

Evaluate cost Estimate.

Inspect and supervise MEP standards based on plan.

Supervise workers, contract architects or engineers, and contractors for compliance with the MEP requirement.

Prepares change orders and request for information responses as required for public safety and compliance with the standard.

Supervise and insure that the task delegated and completed on schedule.

Prepares coordinated/consolidated MEP Drawings.

Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.
