  • He shall be responsible for providing assistance to Key Accounts Specialist/ Merchandiser Coordinator/ Sales Personnel in maintaining the strategic display, good condition, and correct pricing of our products in the stores they are assigned to.


    1. Receiving of Stocks upon Truck Delivery
    o He must ensure accurate inventory of stocks delivered by the truck to the outlets assigned.
    o He must ensure that all documents due for delivery are validated and signed as per requirement.
    o He must report all irregularities and discrepancies in product delivery and inventory, delivery receipt and B.O forms to his immediate superior.

    2. Outlet Stock Inventory
    o He must ensure strict implementation of F-I-F-O (First In, First Out) principle, as well as the effective, accurate and efficient inventory of outlet’s stocks as evidenced by continuous reduction of occurrences of illegitimate Bad Orders (B.O), stock outs, over stock and maintenance of an acceptable stock level.

    3. Bad Orders and Stock Returns Management
    o He must ensure strict implementation of policy, systems and procedures on bad orders and stock returns

    o He must know and understand the Bad Order Classification:

     X – exception
     O – opened
     F – for quality check
     R – rat bites
     E – expired
     S – sealing
     H – handling

    o He must frequently check shelves for critical products (near expiry), and pull-out for inventory and replacement.
    o He must report critical products to the DKAS/Sales Personnel/ Merchandiser Coordinator, or OM/DSS for possible proposal for promos and/ or tie-ups.
    o He must receive the copy of a properly accomplished Receipt for Return Merchandise (RRM) duly signed by the Sales Personnel and store representative, to facilitate processing of customer’s B.O returns

    4. Report Preparation. Ensures timely submission of inventory/ BO reports, and purchase order.
    o Specific Reports:
     Code Monitoring (every 15th)
     Product off-take monitoring
     Simple ad hoc reports that may be required by OM/DSS/DKAS/Merchandiser Coordinator/Sales Personnel on a per need basis

    5. Merchandising
    o Ensures that our brands are properly displayed (within “hot spot”) and well advertised inside and outside the outlets through effective use of merchandising materials (i.e. posters, hanging baskets, price cards mobiles, etc.), and good trade relationship with the store owners & personnel.

    6. Cleanliness and Orderliness of Display Areas and Gondolas
    o Ensures that products are arranged properly and 5S is strictly implemented to display areas and stock areas (bodega area).

    7. Pricing
    o Ensures that our brands are properly and competitively priced in all outlets where they are in distribution
    o He must promptly inform the OM/DSS/DKAS/Merchandiser Coordinator/ Sales Personnel on any discrepancy in pricing, or in following the suggested retail price (SRP) on current implementation.
