    Responsibilities:

    - Generate new business by hunting and signing-up of new merchants/clients

    - Regularly monitor sales and profitability of merchants under currently assigned portfolio to maximize business and specifically identify cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.

    - Generate additional revenue through the periodic review of commercials merchants under assigned portfolio and re-price as necessary.

    - Manage and/or assist in each and every step of implementation – from documentation, conducting workshops to integration with 3rd party players and testing – and ensuring the successful deployment of such solutions.

    - Monitor and if necessary, address merchant complaints, concerns & new requirements.

    - Prepare proposal and sales pitch of the company's products and solutions as assigned by the Manager.

    - Organize sales visits demonstrating and presenting products.

    - Regularly report sales performance and sales plan to the management.

    - Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

    - Collaborate with management on new product development, product-focused sales activities, and new revenue opportunities.

    - Perform other duties and responsibilities related to this role, as assigned by the Manager.

    Minimum Requirements

    - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

    - Preferably at least 1 year in business development, sales, or account management from the banking, cards, merchant acquiring, e-commerce, or payments industry.

    - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and coaching skills; Rational, has initiative, a team player, and results-oriented.

    - Strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspects of payments and eCommerce.

    - Excellent in chasing leads and closing deals

    - Strong organizational skills; able to craft relevant and meaningful reports

    - Time management and planning skills

    - Proficient in using E-Mail, MS Office, various messaging and conferencing platforms

    - Strong work ethic and can-do attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as a proactive team member.

    - Good command of English and Filipino
