Duties and Responsibilities:

-Moderates customer reviews and decides the appropriate moderation action based on the client's

moderation guidelines.

- Manages and prepares Google Spreadsheets for reporting and internal tracking purposes.

- Does in-depth further web research and text translation using specific keywords to understand the review

context.

- Curates photos and tags specific objects and products that are relevant to the client's visual curation

guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Has good English communication skill.

- With Customer Service experience is an advantage.

- Must have above-average reading comprehension skills and attention to detail.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Can start immediately
