Responsibilities And Authorities:
>Must be able to write and edit programs using GSTAR CAD, conversational, or G&M programming and make tooling offsets.
>Requires firm understanding of blueprint reading and extensive experience in the manufacturing of parts and tooling.
>Produce Wire Cut Program for the Mitsubishi Wire Cut machines ensuring that the programs are error free, produced timely, and user friendly.
>Inspects completed components for size, precision, and location accuracy
>Maintains Wire Cut print control through updates of programs
>Responsible for the maintenance of the wire cut filling system
>Work with the other wire cut machinist, Product Designer and tool room to maintain Wire cut/EDM machining standards.
>Troubleshoot, maintains, and corrects minor problem with the wire cut machines
>Training new Staff for machine operators.

Required Education, Technical Capability and other Career Qualification:
>Must be College level.
>Have at least 4 years experience and above in related field
>Extensive experience with Autocad software.
>Know how to Operate WEDM Machine.
>Strong Attention to details.
>Ability to work independently and sick to a deadline.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD
