Job Description
In BPO industry, Pay TV Account handle customer inbound calls for internet TV subscription. Process request for renewal, activation, disconnection and billing inquiries. Moreover, route calls to Level 2 for complex technical issues. Ensure all calls are in keeping with company policies.

Qualifications
- At least 1yr CCE (Any)
- AM: strictly B2 & above
- Good to excellent communication and analytical skills
- Work at Home Set Up (25mbps and above)
- Must be residing within MM only
- Non voice post l Dayshift

Salary Package – 23,400 monthly with incentives
