Qualifications?

-Must be at least a high school graduate (curriculum) or Senior HS grad

-With at least 6 months of BPO experience or other related fields

-With excellent communication skills

-Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions

-Able to multi-task

-Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs
