  • Roles and Responsibilities

    The NetSuite Bookkeeper is expected to fulfil duties like placing inventory orders with suppliers daily, enter invoices into ERP System, assist with daily recurring tasks, contact suppliers for missing invoices, and provide out-of-stock reports to suppliers.

    The other responsibilities of the NetSuite Bookkeeper are to monitor and perform basic troubleshooting of Echovera, identity invoice matching issues, handle inventory item creation, match invoices to statements in NetSuite, prepare supplier payments in NetSuite, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

    A Successful Candidate must have

    - Good communication and excellent writing skills

    - Accurate data entry and consistency

    - Ability to navigate websites and perform imports of data

    - Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a remote team

    - Basic troubleshooting and ability to report errors and exceptions to the team

    - Understanding of interpreting invoice data

    - Understanding of purchase orders

    - Intermediate Excel knowledge
