  • Reporting to the General and/or Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate further development and optimisation of our NetSuite ERP system. To make this happen you will work with managers and team members across the organisation to provide technical support and be primarily responsible for design and implementation of customisation and enhancement sub-projects from requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment and documentation to training and support with solutions. Your role is key in improving business systems that deliver best in class experiences for both internal Stakeholders and customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Act as a NetSuite technical support consultant for our business by being the point of contact for all day-to-day queries, via Microsoft Teams.

    • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions (interview and analysis) to determine and understand current business processes and configuration requirements.

    • Provide NetSuite (ERP) expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices with a pragmatic mindset to facilitate complex requirements.

    • Execute enhancement/development projects (existing and outstanding) from beginning to close, including scope, design, development and deployment of solutions using NetSuite platform.

    • Manage release and deployment of solutions on live account.

    • Ensure the timely and successful completion of day-to-day support requests and assigned projects, according to objectives and needs. • Attend daily/weekly meetings to report on progress of projects.

    • Attend internal meetings to provide knowledge transfers, technical walkthroughs and training.

    • Actively identify issues and discuss and propose process improvements (both business and technical).

    • Commit to resolving issues and removing noise around key business processes to meet long-term goals and to ensure productivity is increased.

    • Develop, maintain and document current and future system process flows. • Assist with advanced PDF and form enhancement/development when required.

    • Conduct all tasks in accordance with established organisation standards, QMS procedures, and applicable laws.

    • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance to the Law and Company Policy.

    • Undertake other NetSuite tasks that arise at the request of the Operations Manager.

    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • 6+ years of experience with NetSuite Platform Development/enhancement/administration.

    • NetSuite integration and customizations.

    • Solid understanding of key business processes.

    • NetSuite expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate complex requirements.

    • Build, develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.

    • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical work.

    • Developed problem solving and interpersonal skills.

    • Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

    • An excellent communicator who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Experience developing workflows.
